JASON BOOKER, aged 51, of Broad Lane, Sykehouse, has been issued a warrant for arrest without bail for drink driving in Salisbury. The incident took place at Highpost on June 24, when the defendant was driving a Renault after exceeding the prescribed limit of alcohol. 60 microgrammes of alcohol could be detected in 100 millilitres of breath. Additionally Booker failed to surrender to custody at South East Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court on July 19, and Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on August 23.

DANIEL PATRICK JOSEPH LIDSTER, aged 27, of Frampton Court, Wilton, pleaded guilty to failing to leave, without reasonable excuse, The Bridge Tap upon request on April 13 while drunk or disorderly. He also pleaded guilty to assault, which occurred on the same day. A community order was made and he must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work per offence.

NATASHA LOUISE FIDDY, aged 27, of Nursery Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Corsa on the A338 Winterslow Road, Porton, on March 11 without due care and attention. She was fined £208, and ordered to pay a victim’s surcharge of £30 and cots of £85. Her licence was also endorsed with five points.

SIMON REZA CAVANAGH, aged 38, of Hoadley Green, Bishopdown, pleaded guilty to driving a Volvo S60 on Tollgate Road, Salisbury on January 25, without due care or attention. He was fined £98, and ordered to pay a £30 victim’s surcharge, as well as £85 in costs. His licence was also endorsed with three points.

TRACEY PARSONS, aged 55, of Ramleaze Drive, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving a BMW on Southampton Road on March 9, without insurance. She was fined £82, and ordered to pay a £30 victim’s surcharge, as well as £85 in costs. Her licence was also endorsed with six points.

SWINDON MAGISTRATES COURT

BEN HALFORD, aged 34, of no fixed abode, indicated a plea of guilty to committing fraud in Salisbury on February 16. He did so by using another person’s bank card to purchase items. He was fined £120, and ordered to pay a £30 victim’s surcharge.
