WAR poet, Rupert Brooke, is the inspiration behind award-winning Rachel Wagstaff’s latest production in Salisbury, The Soldier.
Starring Mesh Theatre Company’s Tom Kay, alongside Lukas Lee and Joseph Phelps, The Soldier moves between London, Blandford Camp, Belgium and The Aegean, where Brooke died on his way to fight in the Gallipoli campaign.
The production will be in The Salberg at Salisbury Playhouse from October 10 to 12, and tickets can be bought by calling 01722 320333 or visiting wiltshirecreative.co.uk
