THE Go Forward Be Positive mental health awareness roadshow is at Salisbury Guildhall today, to showcase services available in the city.
Hosted by Salisbury City Council, the event includes speakers, first aid advice, charities, a singing workshop and more.
Deputy Mayor of Salisbury Caroline Corbin, said: “This event will normalise discussion around mental health and looks forward to raising awareness and promoting healthy attitudes to mental health for the future.
"We need to be ending the stigma and encouraging people to be mentally healthy, identify when they need help and access the most appropriate resource to get it. It really is OK to not be OK.”
The event is free to attend and will be running until 4pm.
