A CAR crashed into a cyclist in Tidworth and failed to stop, despite causing minor injuries.
A man in his 30s was hit by a car at speed when cycling along the A338 Salisbury Road, just after 5pm yesterday.
He cycled along South Drive and crossed the roundabout to go into Rokes Drift Drive when the incident took place.
The vehicle, believed to be a black Volkswagen Golf, approached the roundabout from the left and failed to slow or give way to the right, causing the collision.
The car was driven off towards Amesbury and the driver failed to provide any details or check the wellbeing of the cyclist.
Wiltshire Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, or anyone who was driving in the area who may have captured the collision on a dash-cam.
Contact the police by calling 101 and quoting log number 250 of October 14.
