THIS 1960s Ford Zodiac Executive, with just 26,000 miles on the clock, is estimated to sell for £10,000 at auction next month.
Auctioneer Matthew Whitney said: "Ford cars from the 1960’s used to be a common sight when I was growing up.
"But today they are a rare sight with the range topping Zodiac being even more unusual to come across.”
The1964 Ford Zodiac Executive, one of nearly 40 cars going under the hammer at the Charterhouse classic and vintage cars auction, was the upmarket version of the Zephyr 6.
With limousine type rear doors, large tail fins, leather interior, four headlamps and exclusive bumpers these were just a few differences to the standard models.
The sale. handled by Charterhouse of Sherborne, is set for the Royal Bath & West Showground on Sunday, November 3.
