HORDES of the undead will be taking over central Poole this weekend as part of the town’s second Zombie Fest.
The event, organised by the Poole Business Improvement District (BID) and Zombie Escapes HQ, is a free fun day of Halloween-themed activities and includes a zombie parade.
Poole BID manager Ailsa Wilson said: “Last year’s event was hugely popular and a great success, so we can’t wait to see the reaction at this year’s spook-tacular Zombie Fest, which is not to be missed.”
The fun is set for the High Street and Poole Quay on Saturday, October 26, from 10am-8pm.
Attractions include a scare maze, slime and potion making workshops, pumpkin carving, special effects make-up and face-painting, music on the quay and a local craft makers marquee with replica skulls, charms and after-dark horrors.
