THEATRE performances and workshops for children of all ages are part of Wiltshire Creative’s half term programme.

On October 29, Same Same But Different is in The Salberg at Salisbury Playhouse.

The family show, mixing Kathak, hip hop dance and contemporary dance with live music and physical storytelling explores curiosities and fears. It is suitable for ages five and older.

Also in the Salberg on October 31, is You’ve Got Dragons - a production for children aged three and older which is an exploration of the dragons we all face. It features creative captioning, British sign language and audio description.

On November 1, there is Arthur’s Dreamboat, a children’s show with puppets and music by Tom Gray of the Mercury Award-winning band, Gomez.

Workshops throughout the week include Play in A Day, Dance in a Day and Make a Film in a Day.

Young people can learn to sew in a one-off session where they will make a zip bag and there is also jewellery making. There is also an opportunity to learn circus skills or come along to a comic art masterclass.
