Heard at Swindon Magistrates':

HOLLY HANSON-STEWART, aged 28, of Rollestone Street, Salisbury, has admitted breaching the requirements of a community order made by Wiltshire Magistrates' Court on October 8 last year. She failed to attend supervision on April 25 and May 16, 2019. The community order was made in relation to incidents of assault and theft on August 24 last year. She has been fined £120 and has been ordered to pay costs of £60.

Heard at South East Wiltshire Magistrates':

FLORIN CURTE, aged 25, of Hawthorn Close, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving a car without the correct insurance or security policy. The incident took place on August 1 when the defendant was driving the Volkswagen Passat along Wilton Road, Salisbury. He has been fined £660, and has been ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £66 and pay costs of £85. His driving record has been endorsed with six points.

SABRINA HOLVEY, aged 23, of Queensberry Road, Amesbury, has been found guilty of driving a car when both herself and her passenger, who was under 14-years-old, were not wearing a seatbelt. The Seat Ibiza, which was driven along London Road on August 21, did not have appropriate tyres, lights or windscreen visibility. The defendant also failed to follow a traffic sign on the same road. In total she has been fined £880, and has been ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £44 and pay costs of £85. Her driving record has been endorsed with three points.

ADAM ROSE, aged 23, of Waltham Place, Newcastle Upon Tyne, was found guilty of speeding in Salisbury. On May 13 the defendant was exceeding the 30mph speed limit along Tidworth Road, in a BMW 320D. He has been fined £80, and has been ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and pay costs of £85. His driving record has been endorsed with six points.
