HUNDREDS of school children took part in the latest Youth Strike 4 Climate in Salisbury.
Protestors met in the Market Square, and were supported by Extinction Rebellion.
They want to highlight two key issues.
Firstly, the general election.
Students demanded that people think climate when they cast their vote on December 12.
The protest demanded that the incoming government take bold action on the climate emergency.
The second key issue is rising sea levels, which pose a global threat.
Karis said: "We are striking because our future is at risk, because it is a last resort. This is a climate emergency. Vote for our future this election." Karis
Cassie added: "We are striking because we fear for our futures and our children's futures. We demand system change to prevent irreversible climate chaos. Vote for our planet's future on December 12."
