THE former BBC Radio Wiltshire studio building in Salisbury is to be auctioned off, with a guide price of over £2 million.
Beckett House, on 2-10 Bridge Street, is going under the hammer next month.
The freehold building is being offered by auctioneers Acuitus with a guide price of £2.2m.
It comprises two ground floor restaurants and shops together with self-contained part first and second floor office accommodation above.
It collects a combined rent of £224,450 per annum and is let to Wagamama on a lease expiring 2033.
Other tenants include Betfred, and Optical Express.
Peter Mayo of Acuitus comments: “Beckett House was known for Wiltshire news and broadcasting for many years.
