THREE men were involved in an altercation outside The Bridge Tap in Salisbury.

Police say the incident happened approximately between 1.40pm and 1.55pm on Thursday, November 28.

And that minutes later, one of the men was involved in a separate incident between Fisherton Street and The Bishops Mill, in which a 20-year-old man was assaulted and had his mobile phone and vape stolen.

A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, robbery and obstructing a constable in execution of duty.

Another man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and theft.

Both have been released under investigation while police enquiries continue.
