TOOLS, artificial turf and animals were stolen from a smallholding in Ford.
The break-in happened between 9pm yesterday (Monday, December 9) and 7am this morning (Tuesday, December 10) at a property in Ford Lane.
Some tools and a roll of astroturf were stolen, as well as 20 chickens, 14 guinea fowl and two cats, which police say were either stolen or let out of the smallholding.
PC Rachel Gunn, from Salisbury Community Policing Team, said: “We are appealing for anyone with information which could assist our enquiries to come forward.
“Perhaps you were driving in the area and saw something suspicious, or you have dash cam footage which has captured a vehicle in the area?
“Anyone who can help should call us on 101, quoting crime reference 54190122160. Alternatively, if you would prefer to leave the information anonymously, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.”
