PUPILS from Fordingbridge joined together to celebrate Christmas through the ages.
The Fordingbridge Infant and Junior School Federation held its Christmas carol service at St Mary’s Church in Fordingbridge on Thursday, December 12.
The children celebrated Christmas Through the Ages with music and song played using boom whackers and ukuleles to name just a few of the instruments.
Head of school at FJS Mandy Ovenden said: “Our children at FJS (Fordingbridge Junior School) put on a beautiful carol concert performance at St Mary’s Church on Thursday 12th December.
“They were able to showcase their musical talents by playing a wide variety of instruments as well as entertaining the audience with wonderful singing and presentations about Christmas through history.”
She added: “It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and we’re proud of everyone who took part. What a way to start the Christmas festivities.”
