A MAN was knocked unconscious and left bleeding from his head after an assault in Salisbury city centre.
The victim, aged 30 and from London, was attacked by another man at around 2.40am on December 28 in Milford Street.
The incident is also thought to have left the victim with a broken nose.
Wiltshire Police is now searching for information.
A police spokesperson said: "We’re investigating an assault which occurred in Milford Street, at approximately 2.40am on December 28.
"A man in his 30s from London was assaulted by another man, which caused the victim to be knocked unconscious and suffer bleeding to his head and a suspected broken nose.
"Enquiries, including obtaining any available CCTV, are currently ongoing."
