THE Rockbourne Fair committee has donated more than £53,000 to the Stars Appeal.
Thousands of shoppers turned out to support the annual boutique shopping experience, which as was held at Salisbury Racecourse over three days in October.
Penny Brown, chairman of the Stars Appeal fundraising committee, said: “This is an incredible total raised and I am so very grateful to all involved.
“It is simply wonderful. The money will go towards helping the Stars Appeal continue its mission of making the patients experience better within our hospital. There are so many people to thank but especially to the committee for all their hard work, to the many stallholders who support us and to the Salisbury Racecourse who help make this Rockbourne Fair more successful every year. “
