STRIKER Brad Wilson would love to sign off his time with Basingstoke Town with a goal ahead of his move to play in Australia.

The forward along with recent signing George Hallahan will hope to be on target as the Dragons take on visiting play-off hopefuls Paulton Rovers at Winchester City on Saturday.

Town's last two games were both postponed, so it means they have been unable to build on their excellent 2-1 home win over Mangotsfield last time out.

For Saturday's game, centre half Josh Edwards is expected to be back from injury, while Ben Wright could be fit enough for the bench.

Looking ahead the game manager Dan Brownlie said: "It would great for Brad to score on his last game, before he leaves us, but I am sure he will put in good performance and the fans will give him the sent off he deserves."

"When we played Paultons earlier in the season, I thought we played well even if we lost 4-2. So we know we will up against a good side."

After Saturday, Town are in action again on Monday night, with a trip to another side in the play-off shake-up Melksham Town.
