THOSE wanting to see the Sarum Lights display at Salisbury need to be quick as tickets are being snapped up.
The light show has taken over Salisbury Cathedral to launch a year of celebrations marking the 800th anniversary of the famous landmark.
A Tweet posted by the cathedral this morning said: "Please note tickets for #SarumLights are almost sold out, with very limited availability left. Tickets may not be available to purchase on the day."
More than 11,000 tickets have been sold so far.

Thousands of visitors are expected to flock to Sarum Lights to learn the history of the building, from the 13th century to present day, while being immersed in sounds and light.

This is the first event of Salisbury 2020 City on the Move – a year-long celebration for the 800th anniversary of the cathedral’s move from Old Sarum, its founding, and the development of the city itself.
Sarum Lights was created specifically for Salisbury by Luxmuralis.
