JUMPIN Fun Inflatable Park Salisbury was forced to temporarily close this morning after a break-in.

Police say a number of tills and a safe was taken, which contained some money.

The park, which opened last August, is located on Castle Gate Business Park in Old Sarum.

It has said it will be open for the 12pm session and will stay open an hour later.

A post on the park's Facebook page said: "Good News We can open in time for the 12 o'clock session - the café will open from 12.30 hopefully as the police are still working upstairs - We will stay open an hour later in the hope of accommodating all the bouncers booked in at 11am

An earlier post said: "Good Morning All - Sadly we were broken into last night and until the police can complete their investigation. We have been told we must remain closed. We are incredibly sorry and hope to open later this morning.

"We will update you all as soon as possible - please bear with us, please do not ring site as we are trying to contact the first bookings of the day."

The inflatable park houses 20,000sqft of jumping equipment as well as a giant ball pit, games and activities.

Wiltshire Police said: "We received a call this morning reporting the break-in which happened sometime overnight between 6pm yesterday and 8.40am today.

"A number of tills and a safe was taken which contained some money.
