A round-up of cases from Salisbury Magistrates Court:

JOSEPH GILES, aged 18, of The Hollows, Wilton, admitted breaching a community order made by the County of Wiltshire Magistrates Court on May 25 last year, by failing to attend two unpaid work sessions. He was fined £100 and was ordered to pay costs of £60, and the community order will continue.

ROBERT SISTERSON, aged 23, of Karachi Close, Tidworth, was found guilty of racially aggravated assault. The offence took place on June 30 last year in Amesbury. He was fined £875 and was ordered to pay compensation of £100, a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £620.

SAMUEL DOLAN, aged 21, of Elm Close, Laverstock, pleaded guilty to damaging alcohol bottles, tins and lighters to the value of £42 in Best One Local, Salisbury, on August 23 last year. He was fined £80 and was ordered to pay compensation of £42.05 and costs of £85.

LEE JONES, aged 36, of Endless Street, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving after consuming cocaine, also without the correct license or policy of insurance. The incident took place on June 21 last year when Jones was driving a Ford Fiesta along Greencroft Street, Salisbury. He was fined £100 and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85. He was also disqualified from holding a driving license for one year.

THOMAS LOUP, aged 21, of Polhampton Farm Road, Overton, pleaded guilty to driving a car in Alderbury without due care and attention. On June 30 last year Loup was driving a Volkswagen Polo along Folly Lane, but he left the car in a position which caused danger of injury to others on the road. He was fined £125 and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

BRAYDON MOORE, aged 23, of Haven Court, Salisbury, was issued a warrant for arrest without bail for intending to cause another male harassment or distress in Warminster on August 3 last year. The offence was racially aggravated.

SASHA DOWNS, aged 22, of Essex Square, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman and obstructing a constable on duty. The offences took place in Salisbury on December 21 last year. She was fined £40 and was ordered to pay compensation of £75 and costs of £40.
