CAMERA Club members have been busy this month showing off their romantic photography, in a bid to win the best image representing ‘Animal Love’.
The February first place was awarded to Amy Scott for her picture of two elephants with trunks intertwined, pictured above, which judges congratulated for being “simple yet effective” and “a wholesome, intimate moment caught on camera”.
Second place was awarded to Tracey Crowley for her picture of two cows, which was “full of complimentary colours” that “perfectly told a story of love and affection”.
A joint third position was awarded to Joy Phipps, Zac Shaw and Paul Harwood, for images of seals, dogs and frogs.
Judges added: “Every animal in every picture had character and a story to tell, which made looking through these images great fun.”
