Cash and suspected drugs have been seized following a warrant in Ludgershall earlier today.
Officers executed a warrant at an address in Perham Crescent this afternoon.
They discovered money and a quantity of what is believed to be a Class B drug, namely ketamine.
A 24-year-old man is set to be interviewed.
Acting Inspector Lucy Thorne, from the Amesbury Area community policing team, said: "We continue to react robustly to any reports we have of drug dealing in our area.
"This is another great example of the proactive community police work that we continue to carry out across our patch and we would like to encourage people to report any suspicious activity or any knowledge of drugs in their area.
"This can be reported by calling Wiltshire Police on 101 or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111."
