DAVID Lloyd Clubs is launching virtual workouts and activities.
With gyms across the UK now temporarily closed, David Lloyd Clubs, which has a gym in Ringwood, is launching David Lloyd Clubs@Home with live streamed and on-demand classes.
The classes will be rolled out over the next few days and weeks, and will be accompanied by expert wellbeing advice and information, and activities to help keep youngsters entertained.
Following the trial of its first live streamed HIIT fitness classes, Battlebox and Blaze, a wider programme is planned to be rolled out over the next few days.
A wide range of ‘on demand’ classes are being developed with classes rang from HIIT and weight-bearing classes through to yoga, pilates and mindfulness.
Initially available through the David Lloyd Clubs members’ app, the health club group plans to offer a selection of the ‘on demand’ workouts to non-members through social media and the website.
