Five more patients who tested positive for Covid-19 at Salisbury District Hospital have died, it has been confirmed.
They include four men and one woman who passed away between April 1 and April 2.
A spokesperson for Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust said: "Sadly five additional patients who had tested positive for COVID-19 and had underlying health conditions have died at Salisbury District Hospital.
"Two men in their nineties and one man in his seventies died on 1 April.
"One woman in her eighties died on 1 April.
"One man in his eighties died on 2 April.
"Our thoughts and condolences are with families and friends at this difficult and distressing time."
The latest fatalities bring the total number of deaths in the city's hospital to 11.
