The number of patients who have died after testing positive for coronavirus at Salisbury District Hospital has risen to 17.
The latest fatalities include three men in their 80s, a woman in her 70s, a man in his 60s and a woman in her 80s.
They all had underlying health conditions.
A spokesperson from Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust said: “Sadly a total of 17 patients who had tested positive for COVID-19 have died at Salisbury District Hospital.
"One man in his eighties, with underlying health conditions, died on 03 April.
"One man in his eighties and a woman in her seventies, both with underlying health conditions, died on 04 April.
"One man in his sixties and one man in his eighties, both with underlying health conditions, died on 05 April.
"One woman in her eighties, with underlying health conditions, died on 06 April.
"Our thoughts and condolences are with the patients families and friends at this difficult and distressing time."
