Man taken to hospital after police called to reports of disturbance
A MAN was taken to hospital after police were called to reports of a disturbance in Alderholt.
Dorset Police received a report at 1.05am on Friday (April 24) of a disturbance at an address in Station Road.
A police spokesperson said: "It was reported that a man aged in his 20s had sustained serious injuries.
"The man was taken to hospital for treatment and enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances of how the man came to be injured.
"A 24-year-old Wimborne man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent and has been released on police bail as the investigation continues."
