**UPDATED - The telephone services are now running as normal**
A PRACTICE in Salisbury is experiencing telephone issues, and can only be contacted online until the problem is resolved.
Salisbury Medical Practice on Wilton Road is currently not receiving incoming calls, as well as not being able to call out.
The issue has been reported to the provider.
As a result the practice has urged the public to contact the team through private message on the Salisbury Medical Practice Facebook page, if the query is urgent.
The problem has now affected Harcourt Medical Centre, and residents who need assistance should email harcourt.surgery@nhs.net
Salisbury Medical Practice said: "We are working hard with our provider to get [phone services] up and running as soon as possible and we would like to thank you for bearing with us."
