NO NEW Covid-19 deaths were recorded at Salisbury District Hospital yesterday, the latest figures have revealed.
This was also confirmed to the Journal by Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust that death figures at the hospital had "stayed the same".
This means the total number of those who died after contracting the virus remains 50.
In hospitals across England a further 244 people passed away after testing positive for the disease, with 13 of these cases in the South West, bringing the death toll in English hospitals to 23,952.
Patients were aged between 49 and 99 years old. 4 of the 244 patients (aged between 51 and 78 years old) had no known underlying health conditions.
