THE A31 near Ringwood has reopened after a fire.
The road was closed in both directions after a fire broke out at a property next to the carriageway near Oakdene Forest Park yesterday afternoon.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Service said that the fire involved a number of flammable canisters.
The A31 was closed in both directions between the Azalea roundabout (Ferndown) and Boundary Lane roundabout (St Leonards) and was reopened at 11pm.

More than 30 firefighters dealt with the fire which had spread to an outbuilding near the road.
Nearby residents to keep doors and windows closed and stay in doors.
