SALISBURY Pride UK has announced that this year's event will now not be going ahead.
The event celebrating the LGBTQ+ community had been originally due to take place on June 13 but was rescheduled to take place on September 26.
Instead it will now take place on Saturday, May 29, 2021.
In a statement, organisers said: "It is with a heavy heart that Salisbury Pride UK have taken the difficult decision to postpone our 5th anniversary celebrations for 2020. We will return and look forwarding to welcoming you all back on Saturday 29th May 2021.
"The uncertainty of the coronavirus, and the importance of the safety and well being of the public will always be the utmost importance, we feel that it is not right for us to continue planning for the event."
"The committee are currently in contact with artists who were due to perform this year with regards to rescheduling for next year.
"We would like to take this opportunity to thank our committee members, partners, sponsors and supporters during this pandemic."
