Fourth day with zero Covid-19 deaths at Salisbury Hospital
SALISBURY District Hospital has recorded no coronavirus deaths for the fourth day in a row.
Figures released today confirm that the total number of patients who died after contracting Covid-19 remains 53.
The latest fatality passed away on May 22.
In hospitals across England, a further 183 people passed away yesterday, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths to 26,049.
Patients were aged between 43 and 101 years old. Two of the 183 patients (aged 81 and 91) had no known underlying health condition. Seven of these were in the South West.
Their families have been informed.
