A WOMAN in her eighties has died from coronavirus at Salisbury Hospital.
This brings the total number of patients to have died from the virus at the hospital to 54.
A statement from Salisbury District Hospital said: "Sadly a total of 54 patients who had tested positive for COVID-19 have died at Salisbury District Hospital.
"A woman in her eighties, with pre-existing health conditions, died on 29th May.
"Our thoughts and condolences are with the patient’s family and loved ones at this difficult time.”
