Alcohol seized by police from youngsters in Verwood park
A LARGE amount of alcohol was seized by police from a group of young people who were under the age of 18.
The alcohol was seized in Potterne Park in Verwood at around 6.15pm on Thursday (June 24).
Now police are urging parents to make sure they now where there children are and what they are doing.
A post on the East Dorset Police Facebook page said: "Do you know where your children are and what they are up to?
"A large amount of alcohol has just been seized by Police from a group of young people under 18 at Potterne Park, Verwood.
"A follow up with their parents/guardians will be done and appropriate action taken if needed using our community consequences scheme."
