POLICE were called after a man in his 30s was stabbed in the leg in Salisbury.
The incident happened at Romsey House in Friary Lane at 9pm yesterday.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: "We were called by the ambulance service to an incident at Romsey House, Salisbury at approximately 9pm yesterday (09/07) where a man in his 30s had been stabbed in the leg.
"He was taken to hospital for treatment.
"A 30-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of GBH and is currently in custody.
"People may see an increased police presence in this area of the city while we continue our investigations."
