Two people have been charged following the incident on Saturday July 11 in Downton where windows of two houses were damaged.
On Saturday at around 10.15pm, a car was seen pulling up next to two addresses on Roman Meadows in Downton.
The occupants of the vehicle are believed to have fired at the windows of two properties, causing some windows to break.
The car then drove off.
Although shaken, no-one inside either property was hurt.
A 13-year-old boy from Salisbury has been charged with criminal damage and has been released on conditional bail.
Also, Gary Cooper, aged 55, from Odstock Road, Salisbury has been charged with aiding and abetting criminal damage.
He has been released on conditional bail too.
