A HORSE had to be rescued in Blashford after getting stuck up to its neck in mud.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Rescue Service assisted border colleagues Hampshire in successfully rescuing the horse, 16-hand Zero, using a manitou.
Vets were also on scene for support for the 12-year-old gelding.
