EMERGENCY services were called to a collision which saw a car end up off the road and in a hedge on its roof.
Police and fire crews received reports at 6am on Sunday, September 6, of the crash near to Bloomers Farm in Gillingham.
No injuries were initially reported by police.
Dorset Council was made aware of the incident due to oil on the road.
A spokeswoman for Dorset Police said: "The driver – a man aged in his 20s – was arrested at the scene but was subsequently de-arrested and attended hospital for treatment.
"He is assisting officers with their investigation."
