A 31-BEDROOM hotel in Bournemouth has come on the market for £2 million.
The Orchid Hotel in Gervis Road, East Cliff, also comes with a three-bedroom staff or owner's house in the grounds.
It is the latest hotel in the area to go up for sale and joins Urban Beach in Boscombe and the Tyrrells ford in Avon near Christchurch.
The Orchid has been refurbished and comes with a 35 cover restaurant, lounge, bar and courtyard terrace.
It is on the market with Christie & Co and regional director Ed Bellfield said: "We expect the property to appeal to a wide range of buyers, including those looking to purchase a single asset as well as those looking to expand their current portfolio.
"We also anticipate high levels of interest from both national and international investors attracted to the UK market."
