Two men have been arrested following a report of poaching in Ringwood.
Ringwood Police were called just before 7pm on Sunday, September 13, to reports of hare coursing in progress at a farm on Christchurch Road after two men were seen encouraging their dogs to chase hares.
Officers attended and the two suspects were located, the dogs and their vehicle were seized.
Two 28-year-old men from Dorset were arrested on suspicion of trespassing at night with poaching equipment. They remain in custody.
