Heard at Salisbury Magistrates Court:

JAY BROOKS, aged 23, of Rees Drive, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On March 15 she was driving a Vauxhall along the A36 College Roundabout, Salisbury, with 77 microgrammes of alcohol in every 100 millilitres of breath. She was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £45. The defendant was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.

STEPHEN COUSSENS, aged 39, of Orchard Mead, Ringwood, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On April 10 he was driving a Golf along Southampton Road, Salisbury, with 68 microgrammes of alcohol in every 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £250 and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85. The defendant was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.

Heard at Swindon Magistrates:

ZAKK WHITELEY, aged 19, of Stratford Road, Salisbury, pleaded guilty to a series of offences associated with a vehicle in Salisbury on January 5. Whiteley failed to stop a Vauxhall Monterey along Castle Road when asked by a constable in uniform to do so, and was using the vehicle around the city without the appropriate policy of insurance. He also pleaded guilty to not holding the appropriate licence. Whiteley indicated a plea of guilty to driving the Vauxhall dangerously on roads between Castle Road and the A30 near Lapcombe Corner. He was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £90 and costs of £85. He must carry out 200 hours of unpaid work and is disqualified from holding a licence for 18 months.

LIAM WINSTONE, aged 30, of Rawlinson Road, Salisbury, was served a domestic violence protection order. For 28 days, from August 26, the defendant must not molest the associated person, not enter Rawlinson Road, and is prohibited from entering one specific premises in Rawlinson Road.

ABDIKADIR HASSAN-MOHAMED, aged 52, of Whelan Way, Amesbury, was served a domestic violence protection order. For 28 days, from September 1, the defendant must not molest the associated people and is prohibited from entering one specific premises in Whelan Way. He must not directly or indirectly contact the associated people.
