THE A303 is now reopen following an earlier incident on the bridge between Amesbury Services and Countess Roundabout.
Wiltshire Police has confirmed it was dealing with the incident, and as a result, the road was closed for several hours.

Highways England has now confirmed the A303 is fully open, but traffic is still heavy in the area.
