A MAN has been jailed for three months after being found guilty of carrying out a burglary in Lymington.
Lee Pound, 45, of no fixed address, was sentenced at Southampton Magistrates' Court.
The court heard that Pound and another man raided Boots in Lymington High Street, at around 11.55pm on Sunday, September 27.
Pound entered the premises through a window, which had been smashed, and subsequently targeted glass display cabinets containing perfumes.
He and his accomplice had pillow cases and used them to remove the products from the premises.
Pound was arrested by officers who attended the scene after being alerted to the disturbance while attending another break-in on the High Street.
Another man charged in connection with the burglary is due to appear at the same court October 20.
