PERFORMERS are being sought to bring vibrancy to the heart of Salisbury this Christmas.

Salisbury City Council is not just looking for musicians but also story tellers, dancers, street performers and other forms of entertainment which can be delivered on the streets within the city.

Even though the council is not able to host some of its usual Christmas offerings this year, it is planning some smaller festive treats.

Leader of the Council, Councillor Jeremy Nettle said: “Christmas in Salisbury is going to look a bit different this year. However, we are still looking forward to hosting Covid secure festive fun. In order to do this, we need the help of performers to showcase their talents and bring some vibrancy and entertainment to passers-by during the festive period.”
