A FURTHER 22 people have tested positive for coronavirus in Dorset, according to Public Health England.
Latest figures published on the government website show 15 new cases in the BCP Council area in the 24-hours up to 4pm on Thursday, October 1.
The total number of confirmed cases since the start of the pandemic has risen to 1,232 with a rate per 100,000 of the population of 311.6.

In the Dorset Council area, seven more people have tested positive bringing the total number of cases to 789. The rate is 208.5.
Elsewhere, two more cases have been reported in the New Forest.
A total of 611 have been confirmed as having the virus in the district with a rate of 339.3.
NHS England said 44 more people who tested positive for Covid 19 had died.
The total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England stands at 30,049.
None of the deaths were recorded in hospitals in the south west.
