A POLICE officer was threatened with a bottle last week, and a 16-year-old was arrested.
At around 11.45pm on Friday, October 9, a group of young people were causing a disturbance on the green area near Horsefields in Gillingham.
Dorset Police attended and it was reported that one of the group threatened an officer with a bottle. No one was injured during the incident.
A 16-year-old boy from Sherborne was arrested on suspicion of affray and has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
