A £5,000 reward to find one of Wiltshire’s most wanted people – an unidentified man responsible for a sex attack in Salisbury – is still active on the Crimestoppers website.

It’s been almost a year and a half since a woman in her 30s was sexually assaulted on Sunday, May 19, 2019 in Salisbury.

The attack was carried out by a mystery man not known to her in Hudson’s Field, Castle Road.

A travelling circus was at Hudson’s Field at the time. The offender is not believed to be a member of the circus.

The male suspect is described as being in his early 20s with a skinny build.

His hair was sandy blonde and short.

He was wearing a light maroon coloured hoodie at the time of the assault.

He is thought to be six feet tall and a white European, with no facial hair.

An e-fit drawing of what the suspect is believed to look like was released by police back in May, marking one year since the assault.

The Crimestoppers website allows users to search the most wanted people in the country by area.

Searching in Wiltshire still brings up the hunt for the Salisbury attacker, almost 18 months on from the horrific crime.

The £5,000 reward for information was introduced months ago by the independent charity but appears to remain active.

The Crimestoppers website says: “We are offering a reward of up to £5,000 for information the charity exclusively receives – either online or via freephone 0800 555 111 - that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for this sexual assault.”
