Salisbury BID says it is committed to “supporting business and the city through this challenging time”, and will continue to keep businesses up to date with the latest information and support that’s available.

It will also be promoting the businesses who are open and encouraging the local community of Salisbury to shop locally.

The Salisbury Gift Card can also be used to pledge support to the city’s businesses.

The Gift Card can be spent in over 130 businesses, and supports the city by keeping spend locked in city centre businesses.

The government has also outlined the financial support available for businesses during this second lockdown period, including an extension of the furlough scheme , as well as grants, extra support for the self employed, and an extension to the Coronavirus loan schemes application deadline.

Once Wiltshire Council confirm the grant application process, this information will be available online.
