Flooding on Thomas Lewis Way
SOUTHAMPTON residents are being warned of flooding this morning.
Heavy rain is said to be causing localised flooding across the city.
Motorists are warned to take extra care during essential journeys.
The carriageway of Bassett Avenue out of the city and near to Winchester Road Roundabout has flooded with drivers urged to approach with caution.
Meanwhile, Thomas Lewis Way has flooded near to Horseshoe Bridge with traffic able to pass at low speeds.
