THIEVES have snatched a gold bracelet worth more than £2,000 from a Southampton jewellery store.
A man and woman are reported to have made off with a solid gold men’s bracelet – worth around £2,200.
The two walked into H Samuel store in West Quay shopping centre.
By distracting a staff member so they were able to steal the piece of jewellery from an open display cabinet during the incident at 1pm on Thursday, October 29.
The male suspect is described as having tanned skin, short dark hair and was wearing a Tommy Hilfiger black jacket with red and white stitching across the front.
Officers have now released an image of a man that they would like to speak to in connection with the theft.
A police spokesperson said: "Do you recognise him?
"Were you in the area at the time of the incident?
"If you can help, please get in touch by calling 101 and quoting 44200431525.
"Alternatively contact independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
