ELLIE APPLETON, aged 22, of Dorchester Hill, Winterbourne Whitechurch, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On February 7 she was driving a BMW along the A345 in Salisbury, with 87 milligrammes of alcohol in every 100 millilitres of blood. She was fined £120 and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85. The defendant was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

JACK BAKER, aged 19, of Lodbourne Terrace, Gillingham, indicated a plea of guilty to inflicting grievous bodily harm upon another person. The incident took place in Salisbury on February 23. He was fined £513 and was ordered to pay compensation of £1,000, a surcharge to fund victim services of £51 and costs of £85.

JOHN PAWLAK, aged 70, of Horse Barrow, Winterbourne Gunner, pleaded guilty to driving while exceeding the legal alcohol limit. On March 7 he was driving an Audi along the A345 in Salisbury, with 89 microgrammes of alcohol in every 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £230 and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85. Pawlak was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months.

LOUISE KEEBLE, aged 58, of Netheravon Road, Durrington, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified from holding a driving licence and without the appropriate policy of insurance. The incident took place on February 13 when Keeble was driving a Nissan Juke along Salisbury Road in Amesbury. She was fined £202 and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85. Her driving record has been endorsed with six points.

JAMES HENNESSY, aged 33, of Moot Lane, Downton, indicated a plea of guilty to intentionally damaging a window in Salisbury on September 17. He pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words and behaviour that would have caused distress to those nearby. Hennessy was fined £180 and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85.

SAM HOBSON, aged 31, of Sandell Place, Amesbury, indicated a plea of guilty to intentionally damaging a garden fence and gate in Amesbury on January 7. He was fined £80 and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and costs of £85.
