Ambulance staff working on Christmas Day received homemade meals during their shift delivered to them by The Yew Tree Inn.
The Odstock pub was hit by cancellations as families changed their festive plans but owner Gordon Morison and his staff were determined not to let any food go to waste.
On Christmas Day, Gordon and his partner Emily and members of staff Matthew and Jay gave up their time to deliver 17 Christmas dinners to on-duty paramedics.
Each contained a smoked salmon and cream cheese roulade, succulent turkey, Christmas pudding and mince pies.
Meat was donated by Pritchetts Butchers while fish was supplied by Premier Fish Ltd in Downton.
